Delete your account

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the JustaGirl app or visit justagirl.live and sign in with the email you used to create your account.
2. Tap You (your profile) in the bottom navigation, or open Your account.
3. Scroll to Delete my account and tap Delete permanently.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever. Your account and its data are removed immediately.

Prefer email? Send your request to officialjustagirl1@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and we will delete it within 7 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and profile (name, phone, email)
• Your wishlist and saved girls
• Your cart
• Your orders and payment plan schedules
• Your payment history
• Your in-app notifications and push-notification tokens
• Your referral code and referral links
• Your support chat messages and product questions/reviews

Data we may keep, and for how long

• Anonymised payment records required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations are kept for up to 6 years, as required by law. These records no longer identify you.
• Server and security logs may keep technical entries (such as IP addresses) for up to 90 days before they are automatically erased.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active payment plan, its progress is removed too, so please contact us first if you need help with an order in progress.
