1. About JustaGirl

JustaGirl is a made-to-order wig business that allows customers to:

• Browse available wig designs.
• Select available product specifications.
• Select colour, inches/length and closure options where available.
• View the applicable price for their selected specifications.
• Pay in full or through an available instalment plan.
• Track the progress of their order.
• Receive payment receipts.
• Receive their completed wig through delivery or collection.

2. Account registration

Customers may be required to create an account to use certain JustaGirl services.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must notify JustaGirl if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Products

JustaGirl wigs are made to order.

Product images displayed on the platform are intended to represent the design, style and general appearance of the selected wig.

Because wigs may be manually constructed, minor variations in texture, wave pattern, density, colour placement, styling and finishing may occur. Such reasonable variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

However, JustaGirl will make reasonable efforts to ensure that products correspond with the description and specifications selected by the customer.

4. Product specifications

Depending on the product, customers may select specifications including wig design, colour, inches/length and closure.

The available specifications and their prices are determined by JustaGirl. The price displayed after the customer's selected specifications are applied is the applicable price for that configuration.

5. Pricing

The applicable product price will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for checking their selected:

• Product.
• Colour.
• Inches/length.
• Closure.
• Total price.
• Payment frequency.
• Instalment amount.

6. Payment options

Where available, customers may pay for their wig through full payment, daily payments, weekly payments or monthly payments.

The available payment options may depend on the product and system configuration.

7. Instalment plans

An instalment plan is a payment arrangement for purchasing a JustaGirl product. It is not a cash loan or cash advance.

The customer remains responsible for paying the full confirmed purchase price.

The final instalment may be automatically adjusted so that the customer does not pay more than the confirmed total price.

8. Price lock

Once the customer's first successful payment has been received and the order has been confirmed, the selected product configuration and applicable purchase price will generally be locked to that order.

Changes requested after payment may affect the price. If production or material sourcing has already commenced, JustaGirl may be unable to accommodate certain requested changes.

9. Production

Production does not normally begin when the first instalment is made. JustaGirl generally begins sourcing materials and preparing the customer's wig after the full purchase price has been successfully paid.

10. Production timeline

The standard production period is within 7 working days after full payment.

The 7-working-day period begins after the customer's full payment has been successfully confirmed. It does not begin from the date of the first instalment unless the order has already been fully paid.

Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside JustaGirl's reasonable control.

11. Order tracking

Customers may be able to track their order through their JustaGirl account. Tracking stages may include:

• Payment plan active.
• Fully paid.
• Materials sourcing.
• Wigging/sewing.
• Styling/arrangement.
• Quality check.
• Ready for dispatch/collection.
• Delivered/collected.

12. Receipts

JustaGirl may generate an electronic receipt after successful payments. Customers should retain their receipts.

13. Certificate

After an order has been fully paid and is ready for collection or dispatch, JustaGirl may issue a certificate confirming the customer's ownership of the completed wig.

The certificate is separate from the payment receipt and may be required when collecting an order.

14. Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection are subject to the JustaGirl Delivery & Collection Policy.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. JustaGirl is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Make payments according to their selected payment plan.
• Keep their account information secure.
• Check product specifications before payment.
• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Inspect their order after receiving it.
• Report problems within the applicable return/reporting period.

16. Prohibited conduct

Customers must not:

• Use JustaGirl for fraudulent transactions.
• Use another person's payment method without authorisation.
• Attempt to access another customer's account.
• Interfere with the JustaGirl platform.
• Upload malicious files.
• Attempt to bypass payment requirements.
• Abuse the referral programme.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate promotions or referral rewards.
• Provide deliberately false information.
• Exploit technical errors for personal gain.

17. Account deletion

Customers may request deletion of their JustaGirl account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.

JustaGirl may retain information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or maintain transaction records.

18. Intellectual property

The JustaGirl name, logo, branding, graphics, original content, application interface and other materials owned by JustaGirl may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without permission.

19. Promotions

Promotional offers may have additional terms. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

20. Changes to these Terms

JustaGirl may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on the JustaGirl platform.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
